The engine is direct-coupled to the Interpump crankshaft piston pump through a flexible coupling, operating at 1800 rpm, ensuring low maintenance and high reliability. With a water pressure of 200 Bar (2900 psi) and a flow rate of 15 L/min, the SW15-200SDES is ideal for transport, large equipment fleet maintenance, and public space cleaning. Equipped with a stainless steel heating coil and a 12 V electric diesel-fired burner, the cleaner provides instant hot water for effective cleaning tasks such as de-greasing, disinfecting, and descaling.
The thermostat allows for precise temperature control, optimising performance across a range of cleaning applications. Designed with safety and serviceability in mind, the SW15-200SDES features a fully enclosed heating compartment, a built-in emergency stop (E-Stop), and a battery isolator to meet Australian industry safety standards. The machine is purposefully constructed to allow easy access to the pump and engine, simplifying maintenance and reducing downtime. Additional features include a cooling tank to protect the pump from overheating, an in-line filter to prevent debris from scoring pistons and seals, and a pressure gauge for easy monitoring of performance.
