OEM Group® GSE Signs Master Agreement with Major Australian Airline

OEM Group® has signed a 3-year Master Service Agreement with a major Australian airline. This marks an important step in our goal to provide reliable Ground Support Equipment and  solutions across the aviation industry.

This agreement reflects our long-term commitment to supporting the aviation industry with reliable, scalable solutions,” said Vincent Allegre, CEO of OEM Group®. “We’re proud to partner with this major Australian airline and look forward to helping shape the future of Ground Support Equipment across the region.

The agreement comes at a key time for aviation in Australia. After years of disruption, airlines are now restarting operations, upgrading fleets, and improving ground support. This agreement shows OEM Group® is a trusted supplier of safe, efficient, and compliant equipment that meets the changing needs of domestic and international aviation.

How It Started

OEM Group® began its journey in aviation in 2021 by acquiring AMS GSE. This move helped us enter the Ground Support Equipment space. We started with smaller projects for local airlines in Perth, and our strong reputation for quality and fast service soon attracted attention from major carriers across Australia.

How It Grew

OEM Group® has expanded its aviation services to offer a wide range of solutions. These include passenger access systems, maintenance platforms, precision tools, mobility assistance equipment, and spare parts and site inspection and repairs management. This growth shows our commitment to supporting all parts of aviation operations   from ground handling to technical servicing with safe, innovative and reliable products.

The Master Service Agreement is a result of this strategic growth. It is more than just a contract – it represents a collaborative partnership built on trust and proven results. Together with our partners, we aim to improve efficiency, passenger experience, and technical performance.
