Sales & Business Development Manager

Based in North West

For more than 30 years, OEM Group has led the market with our innovative, engineered fabrication solutions. We also distribute (and custom design) a range of industrial products such as Spitwater pressure cleaners, safety access platforms, jacking stands and wheel chocks. Even more, we offer product inspection, product testing, servicing and hire. If you’re a customer-focused sales professional, looking to join an exceptional company, apply now.

As our Productivity Partner based in the North West, you will:

  • - Implement our innovative ‘partners in productivity’ corporate culture
  • - Achieve and strive to exceed set Sales Targets
  • - Service the Pilbara region – across the entire North West
  • - Seek, secure and develop new business opportunities in North West WA
  • - Provide accurate sales forecasts and anticipate sales volumes
  • - Be responsible for designated customer accounts and prospects
  • - Develop powerful customer relationships with regular onsite contact
  • - Build brand awareness and inspire corporate growth

A Pilbara resident, leading our North West WA sales efforts, you will:

  • - Demonstrate advanced sales skills with proven ‘close the sale’ techniques
  • - Communicate effectively with high-level negotiation and presentation skills
  • - Possess entrepreneurial initiative and mature, self-management capability
  • - Effectively interact with all levels of decision makers
  • - Be methodical, with genuine integrity and an innate drive to succeed
  • - Have at least 5 years of Sales and Business Development experience
  • - Demonstrate proven mine site work experience and knowledge (this is essential)
  • - Live in the North West (or be prepared to) and understand the region
  • - Enjoy an excellent Salary plus Super
  • - Participate in our profit sharing scheme
  • - Receive a fully maintained company vehicle, mobile phone and laptop

  • - Spend at least 3 weeks per month onsite in the North West
  • - Provide accurate sales forecasts and anticipate sales volumes
  • - Be responsible for designated customer accounts and prospects
  • - Develop powerful customer relationships with regular onsite contact
  • - Build brand awareness and inspire corporate growth

Perth-based, but leading our North West WA sales efforts, you will:

  • - Demonstrate advanced sales skills with proven ‘close the sale’ techniques
