Challenge:
The client is using their existing SPITWATER 10-120H to clean their fleet of maintenance vehicles but had inefficiencies due to multiple different gun/lance set-ups as well as multiple different chemicals from multiple suppliers, causing their Team to loose time. OEM Group® visited site & explored with the clients Team what equipment they were cleaning, the level of clean they needed & how they were using their existing system.
Outcomes:
- Removed time taken to switch gun/lance set-ups
- Provided a complete FlowRPM (Chemical) solution for all jobs to be done
- Removed time taken to manually switch chemicals over during washing
- Removed chemical hazards in the existing wash bay
