The client required regular access to the main input chute for changing wear liners and inspecting the chute’s condition. Previously, this process relied on scaffolding, which posed safety risks, prolonged shutdown times, and incurred ongoing costs for rental, assembly, and disassembly.

The platform is easily craned into position, providing workers with stable, unobstructed access to the wear liners. By replacing scaffolding with this purpose-built solution, the platform significantly enhanced safety and operational efficiency.
